Framing under Pete Stavlund of Chatfield learned the ins and outs of residential framing in Rochester. Spent 2 years as an apprentice to and still to this day collaborates with self-made master craftsman Brain Lee also of Chatfield.

About the Business

Competitive in price, confident in our work, and pride ourselves in the personal connections we’ve made through projects since 2021. We lean into the custom home build space while entertaining most types of work to fill gaps and build connections. We communicate better than anyone else which has resulted in better builds and repeat clients. Will work as carpenters or GC builds from the ground up. We have subcontractors that are reliable and trustworthy for every trade but are not committed to anyone.

At the end of the day, we don’t want an empire, just good work and the ability to grow our families while loving what we do.
